Both. Nomos tracks every deadline, and for rental license renewals, L&I permits and tax clearance it prepares and files the paperwork on your behalf.
Access and security
No. For tax, you authorize Nomos as your agent directly on the City's own system, we never see your password. Nomos is delegation-first: you approve access on the City's site, not ours.
Your data is only ever used to build your own compliance picture, and access to your City accounts is granted through the City's own authorization flow rather than shared credentials.
You do. Export them at any time, leaving Nomos does not cost you your records.
